Being An Advisor Of Galacso Phermaceutical ââ¬Myassignmenthelp.Com
Question: Discuss About The Being An Advisor Of Galacso Phermaceutical? Answer: Introducation Being an advisor of Galacso Phermaceutical, I proposed the next project in Nepal. I am writing this memorandum as you rejected the proposal of launching the pharmaceutical firm in Nepal due to some threats that may impede the steady growth of the company. Possible Threats It is always expensive and deman Being An Advisor Of Galacso Phermaceutical ding to launch a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. To launch a pharmaceutical firm many factors are to be keep in the matter of concerned. climate condition, then the transport facilities. The country like Nepal, transportation facility may appear as a problem as the country recently suffered from a devastating earthquake in 2015. The wastage, which is produced due to postproduction, is harmful and toxic it can affect the ecological balance. Obtaining a specialist market can be a problem in Nepal (Houy Jelovac, 2015). The transportation can be threat in getting raw materials. Nepal is a small country and largely depends on India and China so in that case proper electricity, skilled labor may appear as a problem in terms of company`s growth. Mitigation of Threats After a thorough survey done by my colleague and me of every possible risk that may hamper the company`s growth the follows result came up as the possible solution of every risk. Being a smaller country Nepal is sandwiched between two largest economies India and China so it is easy to grab largest markets for medicine and cosmetics in Asia. This will reduce the company`s transportation cost if it is establish near the target market. Nepal is the ideal location for the availability of raw materials as Asian continent is full of resources. Constant power is something, which is needed in the plant as pharmaceutical firm works 12 hours for seven days (Kurdve et al., 2015). Without constant power supply, the work will be hampered and most important is to store the raw materials and finished product requires a certain temperature. Even the laboratory research and experiments also need a certain cooling temperature and to maintain that temperature continuous power supply is needed. Nepal being a small country gets ample help for development from neighboring nations like India and China. In a country like Nepal, many residents relocate to other countries especially t o India searching for job opportunities. It will not be a problem to find ample number of skilled labors for the pharmaceutical firm (Narayana, Pati Vrat 2014). Transportation to India and China by road from Nepal is good from Nepal so marketing and distribution of the finished product will not hamper the company`s work flow. Same as bringing the raw materials from the other areas the government bus service is also easily available so it will not hamper the employees to commute to the firm daily. The transportation cost is also very low in Nepal and besides road services it has an international airport, which is situated in Kathmandu and connected to all mega city of several Asian countries. Nepal also has a domestic airport, which connects all the cities of Nepal. Being a popular tourist spot and mountaineering location, it draws several foreign tourists every year so the communication facilities can be reliable domain. Internet, postal and telecommunication facilities are easily accessible throughout the country. Being situated at the foothill of Himalayan glacier the water supply is perennial in Nepal so required water supply can be obtained in the country. The major factor is climate condition. Researching on biotechnology and bio informatics a particular climate condition is needed which will be neither too hot nor extreme cold. Nepal has several valleys, which can provide ideal temperature for pharmaceutical product production. Nepal has plenty of vacant lands, which are unsuitable for farming and perfect for plants (Narayana, Pati Vrat, 2014). It will not be a problem to establish a plant and Nepal is a growing country, several foreign investments are supporting the country for road and building constructions. Hence, the employees do not have to face any problems in terms of renting a resident. Lastly, Nepal is environmentally conscious country there is a governmental policy of waste disposal and recycling of waste materials (Roschangar, Sheldon Senanayake, 2015). This would curtail so me excess cost like transportation and communication costs. Another benefit our company might enjoy that absence of international pharmaceutical firms. The fact pharmaceutical firm must compete with similar type of firms in the market that means one would have followed process and product testing by surveying thoroughly before launching a firm in a country (Carpenter, 2014). My colleagues and I did the above analysis. I would request you to reconsider the launching proposal keeping in mind about the above factors References Carpenter, D.
